it is extremely irresponsible to report this without mentioning she’s doing this bc someone came to her house despite her jane doe status, recorded her without permission and then his legal team tried to enter that recording as evidence and threatened to doxx her several times.
The Jane Doe who accused Jay-Z of rape has fully recanted, saying that there's "no truth" to her claims and she never even met the Roc Nation mogul.

🚨Update in Jay Z’s New York case against Tony Buzbee, his firm and Jane Doe.
On September 1, Buzbee and Jane Doe moved to dismiss Jay Z’s lawsuit. Now, just days before Jay Z’s side was expected to respond, Jay Z has voluntarily dismissed ALL claims against Jane Doe without prejudice.
And with that dismissal came a new 12 page declaration from Jane Doe.
In it, she now says her allegations against Jay Z were false, says she never met or spoke to him, waives attorney client privilege as to communications surrounding the prior lawsuit, and makes a series of allegations about how her case was handled by the lawyers who represented her.
That declaration now appears positioned to become evidence in Jay Z’s remaining case against Buzbee and the Buzbee firm.
Buzbee told Rolling Stone this was the first time he had seen the declaration and said multiple attorneys, at least four, dealt with Jane Doe before she ever met him and that she gave the same story to each of them. He said if she is now saying she lied to them and to the court, that is new information.
So as of now, Jane Doe is out as a defendant.
The claims against Tony Buzbee and his firm remain.
