Absolutely! Just trying to demonstrate that however good a paper is, it looks at a generalised population and not individual cases. No 2 cases are the same.
Don't forget medical treatments (MAP>85mmHg).
Also, when it comes to possible cord oedema, randomise into @DiscusTrial!
