I really fancy Atletico’s chances vs Man United tonight. United are in a bad spot right now, they’ve had a really poor start to the season and the performances have been extremely below par and far from convincing. They’ve won just 2/8 games in all competitions this season, these came vs Ipswich & Sabah at home. The same cannot be said for Atletico who have started well, including a 2-1 victory over rivals Real Madrid before the International Break. They have won 4 consecutive games & won 6/9 games in all competitions.
Atletico are scoring plenty of goals. They’ve scored in 8/9 games, scoring 2+ goals in 7/9 games. O1.5 match goals has landed in 9/9 games. Man United have conceded in 7/8 games, only keeping a clean sheet vs Sabah. They’ve seen O1.5 match goals land in 7/8 games.
Atletico at home always is a hostile atmosphere and tends to see large card counts. At home this season, Atletico games have seen: 5, 7, 3, 6 cards - both teams landing a card in 4/4.
