Poor Cade. Guy is going to need to be every bit a true MVP candidate if this team wants even a shot at 50 wins. And I have zero doubt that he won't still live up to that. But just seems like a lot of juice to squeeze if you're running him into the ground in the regular-season again. Get this man some actual help. Cheap 3-point shooters + highly paid guys that can't score only take you so far.

The Detroit Pistons, the team with no offense and needed to sell the franchise after the 1st half and everyone’s dumbass offseason takes place as proven right after 24 minutes did this: -Held the Celtics to 4 minutes straight without scoring in the 4th quarter -Scored 76 points in the second half -Held Boston to 42% shooting in the second half. -Went on a 23-0 run. -Won the game after being down 22 points.

Crazy to see Boston’s surplus of 3-point shooting contrasted with Detroit’s lack of 3-point shooting. Celtics also have so many more sources of shot creation. Just on a different tier from the Pistons.

The mind blowing thing is people just assume that because they won 60 games they must have been injury-free. This roster hasn’t really had a clean bill of health on 3-4 years. They just kept on winning even without key players, Cade included.
