For years I’ve had @TMobile and upon switching carriers I discovered in our monthly bill we’ve been charged data service on an Apple Watch that never had data! We went in to the store to hopefully resolve this and the person working there can clearly see there’s been no activity

…the gentleman told us because it’s been so long he can’t see anyone doing anything to fix that. So in essence, because @TMobile was able to STEAL from us for so long without notice they get to keep what they stole…

… after canceling that line for my Apple Watch, that never had the capability I was paying for, the very next month @TMobile charged us AGAIN! So now we’re being charged by a carrier we don’t even have! This is unacceptable! @TMobileHelp

Of course, it’s easier in the moment to stay silent and avoid conflict. But in the long term, that’s deadly.
