As darkness starts to fall numbers are growing here at Garvaghy Road but the mood remains calm, the stand off moved from here to the political arena today as a negotiated solution is being sought

Gazebo's are going up as local residents are providing free tea and sandwiches for everybody that is coming to support them.

Portadown Orangeman have just made a 5th attempt to march towards the Garvaghy Road. They were once again blocked at Police Lines.

HIGH COURT LATEST:
Garvaghy Road residents are likely to be back in the High Court in Belfast later today as they argue that the policing operation should be brought to an end, given that more than 24 hours have passed since the stipulated time for the Orange March. The Residents will once again be represented by Phoenix Law.
