Here’s how to make it: 50ml Discarded Banana Peel Rum 100ml coconut milk 1 frozen banana 2 cubes of ice Blend until smooth. Serve. Enjoy. Get ready to make another one.

To make it: 50ml Discarded Sweet Cascara Vermouth 25ml Campari 50ml ginger ale 75ml soda Handful overripe mixed berries Add Vermouth, Campari and berries to shaker Muddle, add ice and give it a quick stir Fine strain into a glass over ice Add ginger ale and soda Stir and serve

40ml Discarded Grape Skin Vodka 25ml cranberry juice 15ml lime juice 15ml Triple sec 1 tsp cranberry sauce Add ingredients to shaker with ice. Double strain into coupe glass. Feel incredibly jolly.
