Weirded out (but delighted) that both my books (one co-edited with the amazing @DrJKelly1) have been shortlisted for @TheSAHGB's Alice Davis Hitchcock Medallion and Colvin Prize. Congrats to the other authors. Bad luck to the judges who have to read them...sahgb.org.uk/news/2023sahgba…
I took 1 star reviews of #Barbie from furious men on letterboxd and put them on the posters because it makes the film seem ever cooler.

This is really disappointing and it's also totally predictable. Haters gonna hate BUT there are a few things you can do to help prevent this from happening in your exhibit.

Sickening to hear this from the curator of this year's Venice Biennale, Lesley Lokko – large numbers of participants from Africa have been denied visas to attend:

This comes across as colonial & arrogant. I don't care if you're one of the best architects of a generation, every art & architectural educator, practitioner, or historian from Khariv & Ukraine I've spoken to or heard speak are hugely offended & angry.

Congratulations @Jordan_WN_ & @jameszatka ! Cannot wait to see all the great work that will come out of this. And very pleased to see @LFArchitecture played a small role in the journey so far 👍🏻
Happy to share the launch of Dis, a collective that derived from the Invisible Tales event at the @LFArchitecture and co-founded by myself and James Zatka-Haas!

ALT As a new collective, we want to create a network of disabled voices that brings form to our experience. We see the disabled experience as not always a medical fact, but a living reality, one that comes with its own way of being and acting in the world. We see the disabled experience as a shared one. The aim of Dis is to embed this experience, to teach it to others, and ultimately use its structures to critique, deconstruct, and reconfigure art and architecture.
