With The Game Awards cutoff date being November 20, Grand Theft Auto 6 will be eligible for Game of the Year nomination.
The cutoff date aligns with the previous years -- 2025 being Nov 21st & 2024 being Nov 22nd.

Completed & Platinumed Wolverine this week.
From a visual and performance perspective, Insomniac delivered a gem of a PS5 game. Pacing was solid throughout the game.
The scent trail critiques, while valid, were also overblown, in my opinion. The screen time of the scents
was trivial, ultimately. My issue with the game stems from the shallow combat system, weak story, and camera being too close during combat.
Boss encounters feel dragged out, cooldown timer for abilities is too long & the camera can be cumbersome during combat sequences.
Out of curiosity, tried the Stellar Blade demo on Switch 2 undocked and...
The game looks & feels awful. The image quality in handheld mode has a degraded look to it with lots of pixelation. There is noticeable input lag.
Maybe docked is better? But undocked is not pleasant.
