What a day ❤️ So many memories and familiar faces, but the Middlesbrough fans made it truly special once again. An incredible turnout and atmosphere. Proud to have been part of this club and always grateful for the way Boro welcomed me and my family. UTB 🔴⚪️ – at Hartlepool, England

You don’t wake up chasing success. You wake up and structure the systems that make success possible. Outcomes are not fully in your control. Standards, discipline, preparation and consistency are. Build the system. Let success find you.

Honoured to be part of 150 years of history. Football gives you moments… but it’s the people and the journey that stay with you. Grateful. Proud ❤️ #mfc

People obsess over formations. I obsess over this.... the 15 seconds where a player decides whether he trusts you or not. Get that right… and everything else follows.
