A lot of Vegas players didn’t get into our regional. I’m so excited for our community’s growth on the big stage but also in my local community. I really wish there was a way that locals could get some sort of priority registration for regionals, either way, I love Pokemon.

Yall are forgetting that they need to make this game last. This slow trickle of new additions, useful and useless, is all according to plan and will continue to happen. Its completely logical.
It takes me months to build and get comfortable with a team for a regional, I'm glad that the effort I put into gameplans and ev spreads doesn't have to completely go to waste for the next regional. AND if you want, you can still cook with the new mons in the short time
I've been playing for awhile now and a sentiment I hear a lot is "I wish we had longer formats again" and I really like that small updates like this keep that feeling, we get to see longer meta development while cycling in a couple new good mons and items each update.

Finished the season in the top 200 in Champion Tier! It's probably not the best Perish team or the best Blastoise team but it's mine and the modes do fit nicely together. I'm proud that I could take my teambuilding and battling skills this far this season - We push forward 🫡
