Actually a logical and positive change in principle, old vol based system rewarded activity even when followers lost money, which created bad incentives.... So shifting rewards toward actual follower profits better aligns callers with their audience...however exact method of measuring follower profits is still unclear and since rewards remain discretionary, it remains to be seen how fairly and effectively this will be implemented
