It's been over 5 months and 64+ messages with your specialist support team, and my case is still unresolved.
There have been so many confusing updates and unexpected twists. First, my payment method was officially approved, only to be reversed by your team later.
Now, after spending months going through the approval process, I'm suddenly told that everything depends on an external provider, Stripe can't do anything, and I may have to wait another 2 months?
I've already been through this entire process and fought for months to get approved.
Can someone please take responsibility for this case and help resolve it?
