The recent SCOTUS decision in Wolford v Lopez (Hawaii's law re CCW on private property without permission) is probably the greatest decision since Bruen and Heller. And the idiot Ketanji Brown Jackson's dissent is a gift from God.
"The upshot of the majority’s view of Bruen’s first step is thus that any law that regulates the carrying of firearms is presumptively unconstitutional."
IOW, just as a suspect is presumed innocent until proven guilty, a law limiting a constitutional right is presumptively unconstitutional.
This decision will be a powerful tool against any law infringing on our creator endowed right to bear arms.
