In our Maths lesson today, we were finding a quarter of a quantity. This was tricky, so we used concrete resources (cubes) to help us do this. To find a quarter, we halved the cubes and then halved them again. #MathsOLOL #MakeADifference @ololprimary_HT

In Computing, the children made their own branching databases using an online data tool called j2data Branch. They were all brilliant at using the tool! You can have a go too using the link: nice.io/branchingdb #makeadifference @ololprimary_HT #CompOLOL

As part of our ‘create project’ we investigated and experimented with primary and secondary colours. We also used cubes and lines to create an image in the style of Piet Mondrian. #MakeADifference #ArtOLOL

In our Computing lesson, the children were introduced to branching databases. In small groups, they created their own branching database to sort six different animals. It was a challenging task but they did it! #makeadifference @ololprimary_HT #CompOLOL
