@XfinitySupport i just had the worst customer support experience I have ever had with any company in my whole entire life interacting with a live age t on the Xfinity app to address some billing concerns. I am a very long time customer 15 plus years.

Your live agent chat app is the worst experience possible. It takes forever for the agent to type and respond. They won’t answer simple questions and ignored my requests for it to be escalated to someone who has the ability to really help with my requests. Horrible experience.

@XfinitySupport I truly think this may be it for me. I think I want to cancel everything with you guys because of how horrible I was treated and how much of my limited time your live agents purposefully and deliberately wasted with no help or resolution. Horrible
