Everyone likes to hate on Meta. But this is game changing. This is going to be way better than the Steam frame for the same price.

I would say 80% of Mac users just use their MacBook to do basic school and take notes or to watch Netflix. Outside of those basics, MOST PEOPLE don't need much more. But more apps would be coming soon

People can't understand why the Googlebook exists, and honestly it's infuriating. There are countless people in the world using Macbooks just for school work and basic entertainment. There's a ton of people that don't need major apps, but they want a premium laptop. Googlebooks are more premium than the MacBook Neo. They will have full Android app support, phone integration, ten years of updates, and desktop applications. They may not support windows apps, but they will support desktop apps that will eventually come as developer support grows. Plus it has some Linux access. Instead of talking about this, tech influencers are mentioning ai and others are saying "why does this exist?". Then they yell you they hate windows, they praise Linux, but sadly they can't find a good use case for consumers. Why? Because they are in their own tech bubble. We don't have a lot of real influencers with budgets, families, people who don't need to video edit. Most content creators NEED a Mac or Windows PC. But most consumers don't! And they need to think about those consumers, instead of just saying "get a cheap Chromebook". Maybe there is a large segment of people of people who want a premium experience doing basic work!

The Googlebook today is basically a better version of a Chromebook. A secure laptop with 10 years of updates and full access to Android apps. BUT you will also get more "Desktop" apps that are made directly for Android. Google is working with developers to develop desktop apps. So while it might not have as many apps as a Mac, it's still going to be more impressive than a Chromebook. PLUS they are PREMIUM laptops. There are a LOT of people out there that love having premium laptops, but they don't use windows applications. They might not use a ton of programs, and they just want a great laptop that is built well, with great battery life, and SOME desktop apps. With more update support AND phone integration, this could be a game-changer.... IF they get the right support

There's a lot of stuff people aren't even mentioning with the Google books. Maybe our virtual briefing that we did a little bit later was different than the in-person briefing, but there are some massive things that people are missing. I will try to cover it on my channel soon.
