Alfred Rosenberg on the topic of France (from his speech "On Germany's Global Prestige", given at the Berlin Sportpalast on October 30th, 1933): "I further believe that the French, too, have ample reason to reexamine their colonial policy, and that they must eventually come to realize the impossibility of black judges presiding over white people in Africa, or of a white woman walking arm in arm with a black man through Paris without attracting attention. We hope that the French, too, will one day remember that the old Paris of Saint Geneviève was a different Paris from today’s, and that this problem also touches the very core of French identity; they, too, must bear in mind that, across the Mediterranean, armed Moroccans and black people could become a threat to Europe, just as the Syrian and African slaves once were in Rome."

De Nederlandse staat was zijn tijd ver vooruit. Nationaale slogen: "Eendracht maakt macht" oftewel fasces aka fascisme. Volkslied eerste zin "Wilhelmus van Nasauwe ik ben van Duitse bloed" bloed bodem argument ala Nationaal Socialisme. Onze voorouders zagen het zo goed.
