Completely torn on a replacement for my totaled Y.
YL lead times are looking like February. Cybertruck closer to January. Either way I’m staring at months without a Tesla, which is brutal.

A banana dropped from maybe ten feet hits the ground in about zero point eight seconds at seventeen miles per hour. Its terminal velocity is around a hundred miles per hour, which would take a drop of roughly three hundred thirty feet — about a thirty-story building.
It looks like Roadster just beat the banana through the gate before banana hits the ground 🤯

I am deeply disturbed by the alleged white supremacist plot to attack a Hindu temple in Aurora, Illinois. This kind of Anti-Hindu and anti-Indian hate should have no place in our country.
Grateful to law enforcement for acting swiftly and stopping this attack. We must have zero tolerance for this violence and must work together as one people to end it.
Fraud. Tip of the iceberg.

I just scrolled through Megyn Kelly's channel on YouTube. Her views have cratered! They are shockingly low across the board, on the shorts, clips, and long form. I guess this is why she is going on shows like the Hodge Twins. She is getting desperate for views. I guess she has not been able to pick up that male Muslim audience like she thought.

A boy watched lobsters in a resort tank, asked what happened to them, went quietly to his room, and came back wearing a Spider-Man mask. Same shirt. Same shorts. Same shoes. Just the mask. He had priorities.
The family was vacationing at a small resort in Mexico when the boy discovered the restaurant's lobster tank. He studied them for a while. Then he asked the question that changed the trajectory of the trip.
What happens to them?
He got his answer and went back to his room without saying anything else. His parents probably assumed that was the end of it.
It was not.
Restaurant cameras caught him returning a few minutes later in his Spider-Man mask, reaching into the tank, and carrying lobsters down to the ocean. He made the trip more than once. By the time staff noticed and intervened, roughly four hundred dollars worth of lobster had been released into the sea.
His parents were handed the bill and asked to leave the resort early.
The boy explained his reasoning simply. He wore the mask so nobody would know it was him.
His mother shared the story afterward with one observation that said everything about the situation.
"He's grounded, but he keeps asking whether the lobsters made it. I don't think he regrets a thing."
He didn't change his clothes. He didn't change his shoes. He found a mask, decided that was sufficient cover for a covert ocean rescue operation, and executed the plan.
Four hundred dollars of legal consequences later, he still just wants to know if the lobsters are okay.
Honestly, Spider-Man would probably understand.

🎉 NUTMEG’S FREEDOM RIDE 🎉
Nutmeg was one of the most overlooked dogs at the shelter, and she became one of the longest residents.
Her family had tearfully surrendered her.
Week after week, month after month, she waited for someone to see her. Someone to choose her....
Then... this amazing thing happened ❣️
Sometimes, it does take a village !

Only people who pay attention to little details will notice what's wrong here.
In a body devoid of a brain, a heart, or even a skeleton, how does life define elegance and survival?
The image shows a mature Chrysaora colorata jellyfish. Across its once-translucent bell, its signature deep-purple stripes emerge as it grows. Those seemingly gentle, swaying oral arms and tentacles are actually covered with precise stinging cells, which are its instinctive tools for hunting in the endless deep sea.
The logic of a jellyfish’s existence is remarkably pure: free from complex neural calculations, it simply drifts with the ocean currents, responding to environmental stimuli through muscular reflex. Far removed from the clamor of the world, this mode of living reveals a form of ultimate, rational beauty—stripped of all superfluity, retaining only the core instincts essential for survival.
Have you ever, in some fleeting moment, found yourself envying this state of being—a relaxed, go-with-the-flow existence that nonetheless harbors a hidden, sharp edge?
I passed by the farmers' market today and saw this cool guy in a cowboy hat lighting up the whole street with musical notes. If you're passing by, why not stop and listen to a song before you go? 🎸✨
