Privacy exists before any government does. You have it because you're human, not because a bureaucrat granted it. The moment someone forces open your private messages, they are an adversary committing aggression. youtu.be/6aYWzhSl_TE

So @benshapiro put out a video asking me to explain why his new movie is Islamophobic, challenged me to name more than 5 movies with Muslim villains, & called me a "terror-hugger" & "spokesperson for Qatar." Here's my response to Shapiro's gaslighting, with lots of receipts:

just saw “hey so it’s a pretty privileged take to say small businesses shouldn’t use AI for marketing when they can’t afford to hire a graphic designer and have no design skills” please, what did all the small businesses do prior to just TWO years ago, I beg you to remember just TWO years ago

Uhm, maybe because it’s illegal? Federal statute 18 U.S.C. § 592 prohibits deploying “troops or armed men” to locations where elections are held, to prevent interference or intimidation. You’d think an Attorney General would know this.
Attorney General Todd Blanche: I am not sure of the uproar of having a Border Patrol or ICE agent at a polling location. What's the risk?

Did a bit of research on this yesterday. This shootout happened right in front of a Flock camera. There are 17 other flock-style cameras within a one mile radius of this event. The police have zero suspects, and have made zero arrests almost four days later. Some are owned by Motorola, some are owned by Flock Safety, and some are owned by Axon. @Flock_Safety and like-minded systems are not about protecting citizens or enforcing the law. They are an attempt to nationalize the HOA system to increase non-tax related revenue from minor infractions in complete violation of every American's 4th Ammendment right. Your local government doesn't seek to take criminals off of the street. It seeks more money from your wallet now that taxation has reached its natural cap, and the "ALPR" system is how they've elected to increase revenue from fines. This will become more insidious when city governments start selling off that revenue to foreign nations for fast budget bumps, like when Chicago sold their parking meter revenue over 75 years to Abu Dhabi in 2008. With a government run surveillance system this large, it should be impossible for crime like this to go unpunished for longer than 12 hours. Since we are not seeing that level of security, we should all believe instead that the system is not about security at all. City and state officials pushing ALPR cameras need to be removed from their office by any means nessecary.
Gang-related shootout in South Sacramento. Absolute nonsense. See more at FUNKER530.com

The maximum a person can donate to a federal candidate is $3500. If you donated that max to every candidate on the 2026 ballot, you could only spend $1,662,500. The top 50 mega-donors have already poured more than $1.3 billion into the 2026 midterms. Overturn Citizens United.
Elon Musk: $71 million so far into the midterms. Jeff Yass: $55+ million. Two dudes flooding elections with more cash than most Americans will see in ten lifetimes. And they're doing it to protect their own fortunes. The rest of us just get the bill.

American surveilled the Flock CEO and found he takes different routes and changes out his vehicles daily, likely to make it harder to track him Rules for thee, but not for me “After surveilling the CEO of Flock for 3 days, my private investigator found 3 separate cars, three separate routes, and 3 different plates. If the man who made his fortune recording your license plate changes his own every day to preserve his privacy, then what does that tell you about the value of privacy itself?” “The reality is, the evidence that Flock prevents crime is nonexistent. Cities that have been covered in Flock cameras saw the same crime reduction as cities with none, because crime fell nationwide everywhere at the same time. Flock simply stood in front of a falling curve it didn't cause and called it proof” The data being referenced is from Council on Criminal Justice and it shows crime days through 2025 - Nationwide crime days showed a 36% decline since 2021 - Houston Texas which is heavily saturated with flock only saw a 36% reduction in crime during this same time period Meaning the crime rate fell at the same rate whether there were flock cameras or not Keep in mind there are 3,800 flock cameras in the Houston area so you would logically expect the decline in crime to be much greater, but homicides only fell at the national average

Democrats should introduce national paid sick and parental leave and call it the MITCH Act. If you can be missing from your job for months as a U.S. Senator and still collect your full paycheck, working Americans should get the same deal.

I just created a new word. Aiphrenia - A state or mindset where a person relies on AI for nearly all decisions, information, and validation, treating its outputs with the same unquestioning trust that someone experiencing schizophrenia might give to internal voices or delusions.

Data centers have lobbyists and cows do not. In Congress they tried to pass a bill to exempt data centers from environmental lawsuits, so more data centers could be built in pastures. I stopped them (for now) by blowing the whistle.

Flock is bad because: It builds a searchable dragnet of Americans’ movements with persistent retention. It operates without meaningful limits. It allows searches without warrants or individualized suspicion in ordinary use. It already has a clear track record of overreach and abuse.
Nobody can even explain why Flock is bad

This just shows everyone what "crimes" police actually care about. This Flock camera was reportedly cut down on Friday and police immediately responded WITH A FORENSICS TEAM 🤨 For reference, when someone tried to break into my house (video is up on my channel), the police laughed when asked if they were going to look for finger prints or to photograph the would be criminals' foot prints. Someone tries to break in to an average citizens house and potentially kill them - no forensics team. Someone cuts down a 3'' pole on the side of the road endangering literally no one - forensics team with every resource tax payer dollars can be used for immediately 🤡 Plan accordingly... #CityLife #police #crime #PoliceState #4thAmendment #CivilRights #ALPR #cops #stalking #flock #SurveillanceState #asheville #NC #StandingArmy

What a nightmare. By implementing the tariffs illegally, and now having to unwind them, the Trump administration created over $100 billion of profit for corporations selling foreign products, at the expense of American consumers. Your refund: $0.00 Apple’s profit: $2.2 billion

You could ban stock trading by U.S. Representatives tomorrow with a simple change to House rules. It wouldn’t even have to go through the Senate or be signed by the President. Instead you put this political gimmick up for a vote which had a poison pill for Dems in it - Voter ID.
