Still missing three days worth of wages. Yesterday’s showed up immediately the apps contact us help option causes the app to crash and for me to re-login… that’s sketchy.

I’m going to add to this. @DailyPay , I have been talking to your reps since 10/3 and none have given me peace of mind and a solution as to why I’m missing nearly 20 hours of earnings through your app. I do not want to see the same copy pasted script response again.

Anyone else here use DailyPay and have issues with it currently? I haven’t been given or shown my worked wages since 10/2. The human reps are essentially useless and keep pushing me back and I cannot afford that any longer. On top of using the same copy pasted response.

I was told to wait until 10/11 when the new pay period hit, contact again on 10/12 if I still don’t receive anything. Now I’m being told to work a shift during this new pay period to see if it comes through? I cannot afford to wait another 4 days after having waited 10.

I’ve uninstalled and reinstalled the app. I’ve checked my info and settings. I have notifs on. Nothing has changed, nothing is working. Where did my ~20 hours go?
