How do you...do it anyway?
Client work has: objective, a short timeline, dopamine 'reward' of happy client
How do you approach long projects (like comics)
with long stretches between 'rewards'
esp when brain says there's always other 'work' to be done?

Someday I'll figure out my motivation issues. Nothing pulls me forward past this point and I really don't know what would.
No one's asking for it, god knows no one's gonna pay me for it, so actually finishing it feels more of an exercise in self abuse than anything else.
