After 3 weeks of no having no taste/smell, I have finally realised that all cupcakes taste exactly the same. Think about it. Same applies to barbecue sauces & breads from Subway.

This morning I had a robotically-assisted hip replacement and I already feel relatively pain-free. I could cry. Long hard road of rehab and physio now but bring it on #hipreplacement #painfree

On March 3rd I have a robotic hip replacement. At my age FFS. Equal parts bricking it/excited about being fixed. Also forgot about Twitter as I’m so vain I prefer Instagram and so wordy I prefer Facebook.

I used to play 7 or 8 shows on the bounce with little or no rehearsal. For the one show this weekend I’ve actually taken a week off work to prepare/recover.
