Image models are done. this is how I make AI characters now: GPT Images 2.5, Nano Banana…, they make everyone look like a perfect render. the second you see it, you know it's AI Seedance 2.5 doesn't have that problem. it's a video model, so the people it makes look like they were actually filmed. that's where I make my characters now. the process: → find a real looking video on TikTok or Pinterest and screenshot the frame you like
→ upload it to ChatGPT and have it turn the image into a detailed JSON prompt
→ paste the JSON into Seedance 2.5, set it to 4 seconds, 9:16, 1080p and generate
→ pause on the best moment and save that frame. that's your character the prompt is what decides how real your character looks. a basic one gets you an average face. a great one gets you someone people would swear is real in my V3 system I upgraded these prompts to push the realism even further and the best part: your character doesn't need the right pose or the right background. you just need a strong reference. the rest gets handled later in the video prompt it costs more than an image model. but once you see the difference, you won't go back check these examples:

17 year old kid in Apex was stuck at $1M/month. Had no clue what to do next. ⠀ Then he found ONE hire that helped him take the brand to $30M/month. ⠀ Invested in a great creative strategist. Pitched him on becoming CMO with equity in the brand. Six months later he's running a creative team of 20-30. ⠀ Another guy in Apex was stuck at $2M/month and about to quit Ecom entirely. He hired one dude to revive his ads and run his creative team. That was the turnaround for him and he scaled to $30M/month as well. ⠀ Both guys skyrocketed off one hire. ⠀ Most Ecom bros think a job listing and paying $10K+ a month gets them a player like this. Then blame the talent pool when nobody good applies. ⠀ There's plenty of A-players out there. They just don't want to work with YOU. ⠀ And money alone won't keep them. Some of the kid's strategists were making close to six figures a month. Past a certain number, more cash stops moving people. ⠀ If you're just another dropshipping store, good luck competing with Comfrt or Grüns for the same person. ⠀ To get an A-player to actually want to work with you, pitch them what the kid pitched: a seat at the top and a piece of the brand. ⠀ Your brand needs to stand for something they actually want to help build. ⠀ Then make the equity unlock at revenue milestones. 2.5-5% is the usual range for a CMO-level hire. So they work like it's their own. ⠀ That's what turns a hire into an unlock. ⠀ Find your 1 dialed person. ⠀ Lock in.

Funnel congruency -> So make sure the ad speaks to the same audience as the landing page. Example: Ad: Do your feet hurt after a long day of walking? -> Landing page: 8 Reasons Why This is The #1 Shoe To Loose Weight ❌ Ad: Do your feet hurt after a long day of walking? -> Landing page: 8 Reasons Why People With Aching Feet Are Switching to These Shoes ✅

here's exactly how I make AI Street interviews that look 100% real with Seedance 2.5: - create your character - find a street interview on TikTok you love - open Seedance 2.5 - upload your character image - upload the street interview video - paste in your prompt now the prompt. this is where most people mess it up I use Claude with Opus 5.5. first I ask it to research how Seedance 2.5 should be prompted based on the official documentation, so it knows what actually works then I tell it to use Video1 as the reference, so Seedance picks up the real camera movement, the look of the street and how people actually act when someone sticks a mic in their face, the natural expressions and performance and to use Image1 as the character after that I just describe what I want to happen in the video. the more detail you give it, the better it gets how the person being interviewed should be approached, where the video takes place, what is happening around etc. I break down how I write detailed prompts like this on my whop if you want to go deeper paste it into Seedance, hit generate, done here's what it looks like:

AI UGC V3 is live, and it’s the most realistic workflow I’ve ever built. here’s what’s inside: → improved method for creating AI characters nobody can tell apart from real people → a cheaper Seedance 2.5 workflow, so you can test way more and burn way fewer credits → a research step that turns Claude into a Seedance 2.5 prompt expert before it writes anything → the real key to realism: video references, and exactly how to use them → 4 new formats: podcast, street interview, TED talk and Dave Ramsey style call-ins if you want AI UGC that actually looks real, the link is on my profile.
the gap between AI and real UGC is officially gone. your viewers will never know it’s AI. only you will. a real creator hands you one video after a week of back and forth... AI hands you that same video in an afternoon, plus 10 more versions to test. the brands that figured this out aren’t announcing it. they’re just quietly outposting everyone else. just check this:

Most ecom beginners would make more money if they stopped copying winners blindly. ⠀ We did exactly this. ⠀ Three years ago we thought we'd cracked creative strategy. We found Foreplay, saved every winning ad from other brands and recreated the formats. "3 reasons why." The same hook angles. ⠀ The humidifier brand we were scaling sat at $200k/month for six months. ⠀ Because we only copied what we could see. The format, the hook, the script. ⠀ What made those ads win was stuff you can't see. Who it spoke to. What they wanted. What they already believed. ⠀ One of our members who hit $100k/day on statics and advertorials put it best: format is just the delivery mechanism for the message. ⠀ So now every winner gets broken down by the fundamentals: - What avatar did it speak to? - What desire did it tap into? - Which awareness stage was the buyer at? (Problem aware? Solution aware?) - What belief did it shift? ⠀ Every loser gets the same breakdown. ⠀ Once we understood WHY our ads won, we could make more of them on purpose. That humidifier brand hit $100k/day a few months later, into BFCM. ⠀ Same story with Rafi in Evolve last year. He was ripping identity ads off Kalodata. They worked until they died, then he couldn't find a new winner for that avatar. He'd signed with a broker to sell the brand for $80k. ⠀ The fix wasn't a better format. It was a new avatar. He made 1 ad aimed straight at it. By day 3 it was spending $1k/day at 3 ROAS. The next month he did $505k. ⠀ And when you know why a winner works, losing it isn't the end. Robin just hit a €103k day 4.5 months into his supplement brand. He's not riding 2-3 winners. He stacks a ton of concepts on the same angle, across different formats, sub-avatars and emotions. ⠀ Learn from your losers as hard as your winners. That's how your hit rate goes up. ⠀ Few.

super realistic ad about gut misalignment the audio is the most important part on ai ads lately you can generate the most realistic girl in the world, but one robotic sentence and the whole thing falls apart especially with health products, where the ad needs to feel like someone sharing a personal experience, not reading a script there are a few things that make the difference: • natural voice and imperfect pauses • matching lip movements • realistic facial expressions • subtle background and room noise • conversational pacing • introducing the product naturally get these right and a fully AI-generated video can feel like an actual customer testimonial retweet + comment "ugc" and i'll send you the full workflow (follow for dm)

Q4 is here. Most of you will waste it. ⠀ 2 years ago we did $800k in one day on Black Friday while fully out of stock cause of our playbook. ⠀ Last BFCM, we got 10 more Evolve brands to their first $100k day. ⠀ 3 things that'll make you a sh*t ton of money this Q4: 1) Creatives ⠀ Q4 has the highest CPMs of the year. Your risky tests should've happened months ago. ⠀ Pull out whatever's already worked for you, put a sale banner on it, and run it again. Product image + headline + offer. Simple. ⠀ Run them in their own promo campaign, not inside evergreen. When the sale ends and you switch those ads off, evergreen tanks with them. ⠀ Go back further than this year as well. Dig up whatever crushed for you last Q4 and turn it back on if it's still relevant. ⠀ We had a brand 5x their spend from $2k/day to $10k/day off nothing but reactivating old seasonal ads. Those ads died off again in January, but they printed all the way through November and December, same as the year before. ⠀ If you're making new ads, match them to what people want that month. Last year I saw a nail polish ad ripping in October off nothing but purple and orange packaging. Pure Halloween color association, nothing to do with price. ⠀ Dropped the Q4 calendar this week on X👀 2) Offers ⠀ Start with a smaller offer, then build up so your best offer lines up with peak Q4 at BFCM. ⠀ Here's the ladder we run: 20% off from Oct 12 25% from Nov 2 30% (your best) from Nov 16 through BFCM Back to 25% on Dec 1 ⠀ Worst thing you can do is have a lower percentage off at BFCM than what you were already running. ⠀ Your ad can promise less than your site, never more. So leave your early, lower-offer ads running even once the site bumps up. They're usually your best performers by BFCM anyway. ⠀ Flip it and people feel scammed. That tanks conversion and floods your inbox. ⠀ Our philosophy with offers is to keep it simple. A straight dollar or percentage off beats anything else, because everybody gets it instantly. ⠀ Use big round numbers. On a $200 product, $40 off reads bigger than 20% off, even though it's the same price. ⠀ The second you make someone work out "spend $100, get an extra 10% off," you lose them. Save conditional stacking for an add-on, never the core offer. ⠀ And always run the numbers before any sale. ⠀ Had a guy tell me last Q4, "I'm doing 2.7 ROAS at 35% margins, I'm printing." He wasn't. At 35% margins his break-even ROAS was 2.86. He'd been underwater the whole time and had no idea. Dropped an entire article on this down below. 3) Backend ⠀ Everyone's locked in on the ad, the offer, the next winning creative. ⠀ Almost nobody's thinking about what happens when all of that actually works and the backend can't keep up. ⠀ Confirm with your supplier that they can handle your real Q4 volume, not what you assumed months ago. Cut your lead times now. They're brutally hard to shrink once you're deep into the quarter. ⠀ If Q5 matters for your brand, lock in your Q1 capacity too, while everyone else is still only thinking about November. ⠀ But even if you plan for it, something's still going to break. ⠀ Get proper FB asset backups sorted: profiles, ad accounts, BMs. Set up a backup payment processor, and staff CS for 3-4x your normal ticket volume. ⠀ Meta bans spike every Q4, and losing your BM the week before Black Friday is ggwp. ⠀ We've literally had competitors pay insiders to get our accounts banned during BFCM. One ban mid-BFCM and that revenue's just gone. ⠀ And no matter how well you planned, the people around you need to hear it from you first. ⠀ Talk to your suppliers constantly. Things move fast on BFCM. ⠀ If a stock-out happens, be honest with customers about it. Give your payment processor a heads up too. These spikes aren't normal to them, and they can trip auto fraud systems. ⠀ Most of you have big Q4 goals and don't push hard enough to hit them. ⠀ Telling yourself you're locked in doesn't move the needle. Figure out exactly what needs to get done and go do it, every day. ⠀ Q4 is the biggest time of the year for Ecom brands. Don't waste it. ⠀ Tis the way of the chad scaler.

What Ecom customers want in Q4: ⠀ October: to show who they are November: family and belonging December: gifts that arrive before Christmas January: a fresh start ⠀ Most brands run the same angle through all four, then wonder why performance drops. ⠀ We had a jewelry brand do better on Halloween than on Black Friday. ⠀ Here's how to play each month: ⠀ 1) October - they want to show who they are. ⠀ Browsing starts. People build wish lists while they wait for a sale. Halloween and fall sales start Oct 12. ⠀ Angle: the Halloween party. Even if you don't sell costumes, they've got a party to look good for. That works for jewelry, skincare, even health products. ⠀ A nail polish ad was ripping in AdSpy selling black and orange. Nobody wants those colors in March. In October everyone does. ⠀ Your move: lock the offers you'll launch for BFCM. 10% off, 20% off, buy 2 get 1 free. We test a few at once on Meta, each with its own landing page, and keep the winner. ⠀ Call it a Halloween sale or a fall sale. If your brand has nothing to do with Halloween, go with fall. ⠀ If you sell supplements or health devices, don't expect a big bump this month. ⠀ 2) November - they want family and belonging. ⠀ Black Friday is the biggest day. Sales dip right before BFCM and right after Cyber Monday. ⠀ Angle: the gift. Your buyer changes too. If you sell to women, Q4 brings husbands who don't know WTF to get their wife. Build an offer for them. ⠀ Street interview ads work really well here. One Evolve bro asked people "what are you getting them for Christmas?" then showed his product as the answer. Videos of people reacting to your product as a gift work too. ⠀ Your move: launch your sale early to beat the pre-BFCM dip. Then hammer every sale ad and keep your existing winners running. ⠀ 3) December - they want it before Christmas. ⠀ Expect a hangover dip after Dec 3. Stockouts are common. ⠀ Angle: the delivery date. Lead with "guaranteed before Christmas." If you sold out last year, say it. ⠀ Your move: push free express shipping and local stock. ⠀ 4) January - they want health, survival and self-improvement. ⠀ New Year's resolutions kick in. Supplements peak. ⠀ Angle: they just spent two months of money on everyone else. Sell them their fresh start. ⠀ If you sell supplements, January should be one of your biggest months. Don't take your foot off the gas in December. ⠀ Your move: run New Year's promos. And start your "New Year, new me" angles on Dec 26. ⠀ Easiest money in Q4: turn last Q4's winners back on. ⠀ One of our brands was spending $2k/day. We turned on an ad that crushed last Black Friday and died by spring. It printed again and tripled the spend. ⠀ Tis the way of the chad scaler.
