Plastic Community Project II
Earlier today, the PCP II team held a Beat Plastic Pollution Campaign at Judson Global Academy, Yagba, Makurdi
The session sought to inspire students to turn off the plastic waste tap by imbibing reuse, recycle plastic materials to reduce damage.
To further empower the girls—who often face significant challenges during their menstrual periods—the team introduced an innovative solution:
"Waste for Pad"- a solution targeted to supporting adolescent girls collect plastic and polythene waste and exchange it as currency for sanitary pads, ensuring they have the support they need throughout their cycle.
