It is my intent to have Stack Overflow running on .NET Core 3 previews to help find issues before 3.0 goes RTM. There's a lot of work to do and a lot of issues we could still encounter but that's the goal.
Stack Overflow is on ASP․NET MVC 5 today. It's going to be a fun year.
