We tore down a sobriety app called Sunflower and found one line worth stealing in any niche. early in onboarding it asks: "did a professional refer you?" nobody claimed anything. but that one question makes an app with a cartoon bee feel doctor-recommended. you don't need credentials. you need a question that implies them.

nah bro 😭 read the text on these slides again "best beaches in greece" "perfect europe interrail route" those aren't hooks, they're search queries people plan trips by searching tiktok now, so these keep pulling views months later from search, long after the fyp push dies most app accounts write slides for the fyp and nothing else write your first slide like the exact thing your user types into the search bar and your old posts keep working for you

ce que j'ai appris: - freemium c'est de la merde - ship le + vite et itérer avec les feedbacks des users - arreter de vouloir une app parfaite - marketer avant et pendant le build - a/b test trop rapidement a ne pas faire - vendre l'app dans l'onboarding est hyyper important
