Ace Combat 8 is singlehandedly not only one of the absolute best games of the year but also one of the best ace combat games ever made. It is gripping, poignant, compelling, with arguably of the series' best stories. An exhilarating and ambitious game that will stay with you long after the credits end. I finished it two weeks ago and I'm still thinking about it.
Longtime fans of the series will be absolutely feral about it. Newcomers will find a perfect entry point with ace combat 8.
If you've ever wanted to try an ace combat game. This is truly the single best entry to do it with. I promise you, you will be changed. There's nothing else like it.
