Cover 3 work with Langston & Deuce. Rep 1: collision No. 2, expand to the numbers, read the QB, and play curl-flat with a two-way go. Rep 2: stay over both verticals, favor No. 2 to protect the seam, then react to the QB’s throw. #football #dbs #performancetrainer #dmv #foryou

Training highlights: low pad level advantages, DB footwork to stay in position and deliver clean jam, plus a drill to boost in-phase ball skills—focusing on locating the ball, turning the body, and attacking it at its highest point. #db #foryou #football #dmv #performancetrainer
