Never add a foreign number to an YouTube channel with a proxy from another country.
Think about infrastructure like this:
If you can match things as genuine as possible, it's better to do that than the opposite.
So when it's possible to add a US number to a US proxy, there's no point in adding EU or UK.

If you argue that Post Partum Depression makes women want to kill their kids, and that it validates the murder of children, it simply means that children are not safe around a woman with PPD. Thus, her kids should be taken from her.
It is simple logic. There is a reason logic was made compulsory in 100 level but you people are fighting with your lives not to have sense.
You can understand why kids should not be kept with someone that has potential to rape them, but you cannot understand why they should be kept apart from somepne that could kill them. You must be actually mad.
