I don't get it. Policy decisions around Medicare reform seem to go like this. 1.Govt effectively reduces the Medicare rebate over decades, assuming that GPs are too compassionate to charge patients who can't pay. Most GPs pay the gap between the cost & rebate themselves

The irony. It’s tweets like yours that make me not want to go to medical appointments. Btw, I was a fit & healthy 39yo in 2020 until Covid left me with heart, lung & eye damage. I can’t have a lung function test because my doctor wears a baggy blue surgical mask under his nose.
