This is my story of how I got manipulated and scammed out of every @Counterstrike skin that I've owned roughly worth 60K USD. I want to share my experience as both a warning and an example of what can happen when you place too much trust in the wrong person. I originally met someone who went by "Boba" (Tiffany) through a potential skin trade. Over the course of about a month, we became friends. We talked regularly throughout the day, played games together, and had a lot of casual conversations about life. During that time, I loaned her an AK-47 | B the Monster with 4x Dignitas Cologne 2014 Holos on April 5, 2026. I've always been a trusting person, and at the time I had no reason to believe that trust would be misplaced. I had mentioned to her that I need to sell the AK-47 | B the Monster, and she told me that if she ended up liking the skin enough, she would be interested in buying it herself. As we continued talking, I learned she was a woman, and our conversations eventually became flirtatious. My wife later discovered the nature of those conversations, which was inappropriate and something I acknowledge was wrong. At the time, my wife and I were already going through divorce proceedings. During one of our discussions, Tiffany brought up the fact that I owned a large collection of rare and valuable CS skins, including one-of-one items such as a Desert Eagle Blaze with 4x Vox Katowice 2015 stickers in a custom placement. She pointed out that these skins could potentially be considered assets during a divorce and could become subject to division or forced sale. Based on those conversations, I believed it would be safer to have someone I trusted temporarily hold some of my items until everything was finalized. Over time, I transferred multiple skins to her for safekeeping. Looking back, there were warning signs that I ignored. Near the end, she began asking to purchase items from me through CSFloat. At the time, I didn't think much of it, but in hindsight, it was a major red flag that I should have taken more seriously. Unfortunately, the trust I placed in her was ultimately betrayed. I no longer have access to the items I transferred, and she has since deleted our Discord message history, making it difficult to provide the full context of our conversations and agreements. While I cannot prove every detail due to those deleted messages, I am sharing my account of what happened as accurately as I can remember it. I am not posting this to start arguments or force anyone to believe my side of the story. I understand that people will draw their own conclusions. I simply want to document what happened, accept responsibility for my own mistakes, and warn others to be cautious about who they trust online especially when valuable items are involved. Souvenir skins can be used in trade ups. Also Souvenir now mean nothing, as any skin can be turned into a souvenir. CS2 Majors also now no longer come with Sticker Capsules nor Souvenir Packages. This is a GIANT change. This update will change trading, majors and skins forever.

I’m not going to lie. I’m depressed af with this cs2 update crashing the market. I have been investing in this since 2017. Joining trading servers. Trading items. I was doing that for hours each day (before the trade cool-down) Then playing operations. Saving and buying the operation skins. Buying items over the years for investing. Now within 24 hours over 60% of my investments have crashed I get crypto goes up and down. I’m used to that. But this… like wtf man I’m legit angry. Depressed. Numb. I don’t have all my eggs in one basket, but it’s still depressing af to see years of investing get pretty much deleted with a single update I’m honestly fed up. People are killing themselves over this update. What the fuck were valve thinking My hearts constantly racing out of anger right now. This is not something we expected to happen.
