Below is the first version of this project, I worked with Claude code and Pencil app which created actual pixel designs, now mostly working with figma's mcp build prototypes. but i have these 2 tools available to use any time. will continue to update!
Each agent shares the same core “DNA” for how work is done — but their knowledge and patterns evolve per context.
Two designers may share methodology, yet operate differently depending on product surface, history, and constraints.
To make this possible, I built a 3D workspace in Three.js where agents (researcher, designer, developer) collaborate inside feature-based rooms, share context, and present outputs live on walls and screens.
The environment is the product.
For the past week and a half I’ve been running an experiment: executing a full end-to-end product design workflow — research, design, and development definition — using only Claude Code. 🧵
