A few years ago I designed the original logo for @DesignTokens. Recently they asked me to refresh it: simpler, more versatile, and blue (the original color of links). The new logo builds on the old one, keeping the connected core while refining it for any size or use.

Why is this exciting?
Personally, I can see a world where we manage cross functional variables with Figma + JSON, feeding them into tools where our XFN teams work

Thrilled about @Figma Variables announced at #Config2023! Figma's reach brings Design Tokens to a community larger than ever 🎉
Variables functionality isn't 1:1 with the spec, and no native support .tokens.json file import/export (yet), but they're *not* on different paths.🧵
Token management platforms and plugins such as tokens.studio/ and @specifyapp already support importing/exporting variables from and to .tokens.json files, and many others will too.
