At @foodxcompanion we empower communities through food. One of the ways we’ve been able to do so before was through a household food inventory app designed to reduce food waste. Although food waste helps tackle one part of the issue, the root of the problem is inaccessibility.

For most roles, coding assessments are simply unrealistic. In what setting would any dev have 10mins-1hr to solve an issue without external resources? It comes off as ableist and inaccessible.
