Huge respect for those involved in putting this vile human behind bars.
Remember an athletics coach being questioned by the guards in 2010 about his actions? DPP didn’t take the case.
One would wonder how the DPP would view his case now 🤔
Former swimming coach George Gibney has been jailed for 15 and a half years for sexually abusing girls in the 1970s and 1980s

What a weekend of athletics. Kate O’Connor is exceptional. 3 global podiums in a row (with a European medal too) is outstanding. 🇮🇪🏆👑
What a talent & what a coaching team effort led by her Dad 💪❤️

So excited to see this tonight. I was in the stadium in Vienna the night this world record was set. It would be amazing for Keely to break it. Good luck team m11 @JennyMeadows800 🙏💪❤️
Tomorrow, maybe destiny will become reality. 1:55.82, the day she was born.
Nice to sit down with Keely for a chat about all things 800m ahead of the big one tomorrow. Piece on @FastRunning tonight!
This was an incredible experience. To see first hand the work of the Irish and in particular brother Colm. A real honour
We are proud of the legacy of Irish Brother Colm O’Connell on Kenya’s athlete mastery. The Embassy team & Olympians Derval O’Rourke and Karen Shinkins toured the training facilities in Iten, Rift Valley.

Great to chat to @DervalORourke after her Hall of Fame award: reflections on her career, how she delivered so well on big days, and why she once sent a doping rival a DM asking if she'd send the medal.

Nice to chat to @ianoriordan about my life in track. A career spent trying to do my best in a tricky system that wasn’t particularly athlete friendly 😂🤷♀️
