I agree with every word Jeffrey Sachs says.
Just 2 milligrams of fentanyl can lead to death, and even doses as small as 0.25 milligrams put the user at risk of drug overdose.
If the government doesn't control fentanyl, there should still be some education about the proper dosage of fentanyl.
