Congrats to our 2 seniors, Christian Hamilton and Carson Brown who closed out their remarkable HS track and field careers yesterday at the IHSAA State Finals. Collectively they own 7 school records and have raised the bar for what is means to be a Springs Valley T&F athlete.

High School Athletes:
The “Good Old Days” Are Happening Right Now.
One day, you’ll look back on today and wish you could relive it.
- The team dinners.
- The early morning practices.
- The team huddles before the big game.
- The bus rides with teammate.
- The big wins and tough losses.
Don’t wait until it’s over to appreciate it.
Soak it in now.
Your future self will thank you.

‼️Motivational Monday‼️
In 2016, I WAS PARALYZED from the chest down and was told I would never walk again. But through my FAITH and relentless rehab, I'm climbing my way back to the top. So climb, believe, and never give up, because IMPOSSIBLE IS JUST AN OPINION!
