The #IETF100 TLS 1.3 Hackathon team did a great job, there are now over a half-dozen interoperable implementations of middlebox-safe TLS 1.3. Big thanks to the hackers.mu team for their TLS 1.3 patches for curl, stunnel, wget, and more.
