We’ve now moved past the “it’s not a boat” stage to
“okay so it’s a boat, but that doesn’t mean it’s Noah’s Ark!”
They claim they’ve found Noah’s Ark, but there’s a problem.
The story of Noah appears to be a remix of much older Mesopotamian flood stories, which also describe a man building a vessel to survive a devastating flood.
The biblical account appears to reuse many of the same elements in its story of Noah.
So even if this boat-shaped structure turns out to be some kind of ancient vessel, how could anyone prove it belonged specifically to Noah?
Where is the evidence connecting it to him?
It feels like they want it to be Noah’s Ark because it fits their biblical narrative, not because the evidence actually proves it.
You cannot find something shaped like a boat and attach a biblical name to it just to serve your own agenda.
This is just my two pennies’ worth on the subject.

The biggest comic book subreddit, r/comicbooks, 4 million members, just slammed the digital door in my face. They doubled down. Apparently the Rippaverse is still a "hate group."
I offered to talk on their terms. Offered to mail their mod team our books for free so they could actually read the work. Offered an AMA where they set every rule.
So you can't post about our company there, and the owner can't even extend a hand.
This stuff gets old, and maybe I should be more transparent about what it's like being a right-of-center creator. I've made this point a hundred times and it never lands: apolitical like us or on-the-nose, doesn't matter. You have a ceiling either way. The hardest part has always been getting other right-of-center people to understand the landscape.
I won't quit. But it gets old. We just want to build a fun sandbox for everybody.
