Mike McFarland was brilliant. I was lucky enough to share joy, music and even some of his famous walks. He truly cared about his craft but was always inclusive. As a talented director, he gave so many opportunities, including my first ever role in anime. I’m forever grateful ❤️
With Mike back in 2014. He took a chance on me for the anime No Rin and he quickly showed me the ropes. He later cast me a Morgans in One Piece, Beam in Chainsaw Man, and dozens of others.

If you've ever enjoyed a voice in the english One Piece dub, you have Mike to thank. He was a far bigger part of the team than most realize, and this is a huge loss for anime in general. R.I.P. to our english Buggy, and my true clown king of the pirates ❤️🩵❤️

We all knew how special it was that Mike was able to watch the Chainsaw Man movie on the big screen with us late last year. That was just one of the many worlds he touched -- now onto the next one, with kindness and so much art left behind
