The Trump admin used federal funds from the Department of Homeland Security to finance those controversial pro-Trump ads that started airing on TV.

As MS Now has reported, FBI officials say the bureau has been placing people on the Most Wanted list whose capture is believed to be imminent. In other words, these officials tell us—they are gaming the system. One fugitive was captured in Mexico an hour and 13 minutes after being placed on the list.

Singh is based in the United States and is the alleged leader of the Group in North America. He is charged with Racketeer Influenced and Corrupt Organizations Conspiracy; Conspiracy to Interfere and Attempted Interference with Commerce by Extortion; and Conspiracy to Distribute and Possess with Intent to Distribute Controlled Substances.

New: Top House Approps Democrat Rosa DeLauro says the White House used funding allocated for CBP to pay for government funded political ads.
DeLauro said OMB moved $20 million to DHS for this purpose on Sept. 19.
“When Democrats reclaim control of Congress next year, the House Appropriations Committee will work to uncover and reverse misuses of taxpayer money like this and hold those who abused their power accountable," DeLauro + senior Democratic appropriator Henry Cuellar said.

The White House and DHS further confirm to Fox News that “the worst of the worst” is PR propaganda, not an accurate description of what ICE is actually doing.
The MAJORITY of ICE arrests now involve people with no criminal history at all. It’s how they’re setting records.
To recap what happened over the weekend w/ ICE:
- Verbal guidance did go out to some ICE offices across the country instructing agents not to arrest illegal aliens without a criminal history.
- It was rescinded within hours w/ sources telling @FoxNews it was an error & miscommunication. I'm told there was no written directive, only verbal.
- In a phone call with me, President Trump said there are no changes to his immigration enforcement agenda, and while they will *prioritize* the most egregious offenders with a "worst first" mentality, anyone in the US illegally is on the table and they will continue to arrest aliens who have no criminal history, including "collaterals" who weren't the targets of their initial operation but are encountered and determined to be in the US illegally.
- Border czar Tom Homan reiterated that point to me, and said after record setting ICE arrests in June, July, and August, September is now on track to potentially break a new record.
