Makar is the fifth defenseman to post back-to-back 90-point seasons and first since Paul Coffey (3 from 1988-89 to 1990-91) and Al MacInnis (2 from 1989-90 to 1990-91)

Cale Makar's first career 30-goal season. Impressive milestone for a defenseman.

First defenseman since Mike Green in 2008-09 with Capitals to score 30 goals in a season. Cale is 9th different blueliner (18th instance) to top 30-goal mark, joining Bobby Orr (5x), Paul Coffey (4x), Denis Potvin (3x), Ray Bourque, Kevin Hatcher, Phil Housley, Doug Wilson, Green

There is goal number 30 for Makar!! Very few defensemen get to 30 goals in a season. Just adding to his impressive resume! #GoAvsGo

Imagine being so good that you can be this nonchalant in an NHL game whilst scoring a goal. #GoAvsGo

Brock Nelson's second goal as a member of the Avalanche was a beauty.

Instead of looking for red flags and green flags when you go on a date—try looking for black flags. You know, subtle pirate cues that let you know that person is down to steal a ship and avenge your death if something fucked up ever happens to you.

So I just finished listening to @Coheed's new album The Father of Make Believe! I really enjoyed it, and they nailed this album on so many levels! On first listen the songs that stood out for me the most were Goodbye Sunshine, One Last Miracle, Someone Who Can, Welcome to Forever
