BREAKING: Western Michigan has submitted formal appeals to the NCAA FBS Oversight Committee and the College Football Playoff to be recognized as the winner of their game vs. Michigan.

What this graph doesn’t show is that many of the previous years’ recalls were voluntary after safety inspections found something during routine testing. This year’s recalls are happening bc people are getting sick and THEN the investigation and recall happens. That’s different.
