🚨WATCH: Fairfax County Executive Bryan Hill was stopped by a police officer and pulled the “don’t you know who I am” card.
I obtained the police body worn camera video and emails related to the stop in a FOIA.
On Friday, Fairfax County Police Chief Kevin Davis came to the officer’s defense in an email to the Deputy County Executive:
“Per our conversation, please see the below link to the traffic stop this afternoon involving County Executive
Bryan Hill. County Executive Hill called me during and after the traffic stop and relayed the following:
“There’s a lot going on, but if this is what you guys want to do…”
“My front tag is on my dashboard…”
“I don’t mind him doing his job, but he was disrespectful. That’s my issue.”
“He had no idea who I was…”
“If I had a badge, he would’ve let me go.”
As you watch the BWC, you will hear the County Executive say the following to our officer:
“Did you hear who I told you I am?”
I told the County Executive that the requirement to have a front license plate affixed to the front of a car is a
Commonwealth statute, and not a Fairfax County rule. I also told him his allegation the officer was
“disrespectful” is something I will review immediately and take seriously.
I have reviewed the BWC in its entirety. The young officer was 100% professional, cordial, and polite at all times. There will be no internal action taken against the officer whatsoever.
I called the officer on his cell afterwards and told he performed in an exemplary manner consistent with our
expectations and training. In short, he did a great job under a tough circumstance that was not created by him.”
Deputy County Executive Thomas Arnold replied, “My apologies for the behaviors of the County Executive. I will review this tonight and then have a follow-up with him and discuss an apology for both you and the officer. Circle back with you soon.”

🚨 JUST IN: Nick Shirley just dropped this line in the Oval Office flanked by President Trump, and it's PURE GOLD
"I want people to think about what is happening right now...me as a 24-year-old, I went out and exposed the fraud. I just was concerned about the well-being of our tax dollars. And right now, I'm standing next to the President of the United States." 🔥
"There's never been an incentive for anyone to ever expose fraud [until now]...when you expose fraud, you help save America. People understand that these fraudsters take from the poor needy who actually need the services that we all work hard to pay for, and we take that, and they then buy Mercedes!" @nickshirleyy
WELL-DESERVED FOR NICK.
A year ago, legacy media mocked him as a right-wing propagandist
Today he walked into the Oval Office with the first check for exposing fraud that the media IGNORED!!
Camera, microphone and passion for saving America. Let's freaking go.

Today, we’re announcing a deferral of $1.2 BILLION MORE dollars from California.
Personal care services in CA have grown 24% in just three years — twice the average rate of other states. When the numbers don’t add up, we don’t look the other way.
The American taxpayer deserves answers.

Democrats have been dropping hints out in the open for months about what they'll do if they sweep the midterms. Now @DataRepublican has uncovered the terrifying strategy.
Thousands of internal transcripts and recordings reveal the DSA's operational plan to trigger a "doomsday scenario." They want to manufacture enough street chaos, like we're seeing in France, to force Trump to use the Insurrection Act in 2027. Then, they'll cry "fascism" until they can delegitimize federal authority and hand power to Democratic governors in a color revolution.
THIS IS WHAT THEY’VE ALWAYS BEEN PLANNING. Remember when Susan Rice threatened to hold corporations, law firms, and tech companies that cooperated with Trump "accountable" through subpoenas? And Sen. Elissa Slotkin recently admitted she wants to "scare" young professionals by creating "reputational risk" so nobody wants to serve in a conservative administration. They want to set the country on fire until you have no choice but to yield.

🚨New: The U.S. House Judiciary Committee said it found 100+ previously unreported criminal illegal immigrants who benefited from Steve Descano’s “repeated refusal to prosecute."
And from 2023-25, the committee says Fairfax Sheriff Stacey Kincaid declined at least 1,670 ICE detainers. wjla.com/news/local/house-re…

This is INCREDIBLE❗️
Imagine your commute being cut down by 90 MINUTES⏱️
That’s how much time you will save soon when traveling from Raleigh, North Carolina to Richmond, Virginia because we are delivering $550 million to build the new S-Line
HOW ARE WE DOING IT❓
We are redirecting funds away from Gavin Newsom’s boondoggle train to NOWHERE - and sending it to the Piedmont Corridor to eliminate dangerous crossings and make our tracks safer than ever
It’s all part of the GOLDEN AGE of RAIL @newsobserver

Good for her. Pray Mike Rogers wins🇺🇸🙏🇺🇸
🚨 WOW! Black Democrat woman just went on national TV saying SHE'S VOTING MIKE ROGERS in Michigan
First time in her life voting Republican 🔥
NOT voting Abdul El Sayed.
"I started doing my research on Mike Rogers. I'm a staunch Democrat...my policies align with Rogers. He's about the conglomerate of people, not just a select few."
"I couldn't in my right mind vote for this guy...his ideas don't align with what I think is best."
"You can be ostracized...everybody knows me as a staunch Democrat." — Melanie Rutherford
This is exactly El Sayed's weak spot. A July poll had him at just 21% with Black voters in the primary, compared with 67% for Haley Stevens
He lost Wayne County, home to Detroit
Rogers has been working and it's paying off!
Hearing her say she could be "ostracized" just for voting her conscience tells you everything about today's Democrat Party
Michigan, this is how El Sayed LOSES

USPS Employee Ethan Pease: "I'm not a Trump supporter. I'm not a Biden supporter either, but something profoundly wrong occurred in Wisconsin during the Presidential election and the American people have a right to know about it!"
Do you hate fraud?
If so, I’m calling on you to join me in taking the pledge to protect Americans from fraudsters, by doing everything in your power to ensure that:
1. Vulnerable Americans, such as the elderly, indigent, and disabled, are protected from fraudsters who seek to prey on them.
2. Taxpayer-funded programs serve law-abiding Americans, not illegal aliens or fraudsters.
3. Taxpayer-funded benefits are not used by fraudsters to buy mansions or luxury cars.
4. Public agencies and officials work tirelessly and aggressively, coordinating at all levels of government, to stop fraud before payments go out the door.
5. Fraudsters face justice for their crimes in a court of law. Convicted fraudsters will be imprisoned and barred from ever receiving another penny of taxpayer dollars.
6. Illegal alien fraudsters are promptly arrested, prosecuted, imprisoned, and deported, never able to take advantage of Americans’ generosity again.

This was perhaps the most rewarding project I've done. @glennbeck has such an amazing talent for taking complexity and explaining it in a simple, easy-to-understand way. The world needs to see this!
Last week, we aired our latest special Mapping the DSA Machine, just for our Torch subscribers. After the premiere, 97% of them voted to release it to the public immediately because they believe it's too critical to keep behind a paywall this close to the midterms.
And I agree. So today at 12 ET. We're dropping the entire special on YouTube. You need to see this.

Virginia is allowing 22-year-old grown men, illegal migrants who don’t speak English, to enroll in public high school with your 14- and 15-year-old daughters. Mind you, American kids get booted at 20.
Illegals can stay until 22 free of charge, thanks to Virginia Code § 22.1-5(D).
This is exactly why a 19-year-old illegal from El Salvador, who was enrolled at Fairfax High School and is now charged with groping multiple teenage girls in the hallways. This is not compassion; this is putting American children in danger.

A Democrat who watched this story texted me this: “In light of the mess at Cornell, the timing of the rapist parole story was especially striking. Many women are livid over what happened to Jane Doe and your story is a reminder to many of us that women's safety is not a priority. Spanberger's reckless pro-parole policies make me think she has less of a grip on reality than NY Governor Hochul.”

Someone needs to listen to this man.
Dear Secretary Bessent @SecScottBessent,
My name is Everett Stern. In 2010 I was a compliance officer at @HSBC. From a back office in New Castle, Delaware, I watched billions of dollars move to drug cartels, sanctioned regimes, and terrorist organizations. The enemies of the United States. I documented it, I escalated it, and when the bank would not act, I took it to the @FBI, the @CIA, and eventually the @SECGov.
The result was a $1.92 billion settlement. At the time, it was one of the largest in American history. It was also about five weeks of the bank’s profit. Not one banker was charged. Not one went to prison.
I paid a different price. I lost my career, my savings, and my place in the industry I had trained for. I was blacklisted. Every door in American finance closed at once. I slept on a camping cot in a 300 square foot apartment because I could not afford a bed, and I waited tables at @PFChangs to eat. I tell you this not for sympathy, but so you understand that I know exactly what it costs to do the right thing in American finance, and exactly how little the system does in return.
I made that sacrifice because I believed it would change something.
Yesterday, your department fined @BankofAmerica $1.2 billion for failing to report more than $5 billion in suspicious transactions, some of it tied by your own findings to Chinese laundering networks, narcotics, and the southwest border, alongside 475 apparent sanctions violations touching Russia, Iran, and global terrorism. The bank admitted it willfully violated the Bank Secrecy Act.
Fourteen years after HSBC. A bank with “America” in its name. And once again, not one individual charged.
Secretary Bessent, I want to say plainly what I believe you already know. The fines are not working.
A fine is paid by shareholders, absorbed by the balance sheet, and forgotten by the next earnings call. Bank of America reported earnings this morning. Nobody who set the alert thresholds, nobody who decided the 2024 cease and desist could wait, nobody who chose the backlog over the law will lose a single thing they value. Their lives are untouched. That is the entire reason the behavior repeats.
This is money laundering. This is blood money. Money that reaches a cartel buys fentanyl that kills Americans. Money that reaches a terrorist organization buys the next attack. This country has fought a war on drugs and a war on terror for decades, at enormous cost in lives and treasure, and all the while we have allowed the financing to flow through institutions we charter and regulate. Cut off the money and we win. We have never seriously tried.
There is also a question of equal justice that I cannot let go.
Before I walked into the FBI building to report HSBC, I stopped in front of the Great Seal on the wall and read the words engraved beneath it: “Justice is the defense of our liberty.” I believed that. I still want to. But every day in this country, people go to prison for crimes that are nothing next to moving money for the people who want Americans dead. A suit, a title, and a corporate badge should not be a shield from the consequences that apply to everyone else. If a street dealer goes to prison for what he sells, the banker who moved the cartel’s money should be standing next to him.
I also want to raise something that is rarely said in these conversations. Why has no one inside Bank of America come forward the way I did? The answer is that everyone in American banking knows what happened to me, and to the whistleblowers who came after. The last person who spoke up is the only policy anyone believes. That is a culture problem, and it starts with leadership, in the banks and in the agencies that regulate them.
This is not a political issue. It has spanned administrations of both parties. It is a national security issue, and I am asking you to treat it as one.
Three things would change the math overnight.
Refer individuals for criminal prosecution. Not the analyst in the queue. The executives who set the thresholds and chose the risk. One banker in handcuffs would do more than every fine in Treasury’s history combined.
End “too big to jail.” An institution cannot be too big to fail and too big to jail at the same time. If it is the first, it must be held to a higher standard, not a lower one.
And if Bank of America will not act as America’s bank, review its charter. A national charter is a privilege granted on behalf of the American people. It should be conditioned on not moving money for the people trying to kill them.
Secretary Bessent, you said yesterday that these actions send a clear message that even the biggest institutions are not above the law. With respect, the institution was never the problem. The people inside it are above the law, and they know it. Until that changes, I will keep writing letters like this one, and the next bank will keep paying the next fine.
I gave up everything I had to stop this. I am asking you to use the power you have to finish it.
Respectfully,
Everett A. Stern

🚨This is a fair question. American voters should observe the example of Virginia, where one-party Democrat rule has caused electricity prices & gas taxes to spike so high that it’s painful — and they don’t care — as they pursue their futile carbon elimination scheme. Democrat candidates SAY they want to impose this nationwide if they are handed the majority.
