Do the Pools still exist? Is there still a man with a big leather satchel who collects your money? Do people still sit by the telly (ideally Rediffusion) on a Saturday and tot up their score draws? Or has all that disappeared like tears in the rain?
Standing in Nottingham’s Market Square. You cannot miss this distinct line. Marking where a medieval wall once stood, dividing the square for centuries.
Next time in Slab Square, meeting at the Lions. You’re walking the boundary that used to separate Norman & Saxon Nottingham.

My grandfather doesn’t believe in retirement homes. He says they’re too expensive and the food is bad. Instead, he’d rather check into a luxury hotel near the beach.
When we asked him about the cost, he said, “If I stay at a nursing home, it’s $200 a day and no one visits. If I stay at this hotel, it’s $100 a day. I get room service, a pool, and my grandkids visit me every weekend because they want to go to the beach. Plus, if I die in the lobby, the hotel manager will actually be upset.”
At the nursing home, they just call it ‘Tuesday’.

This is a really bizarre coincidence. 😳
The Clancy case is eerily similar to a case in Ireland from 2020. A mother of 3, also a pediatric nurse, strangled her 3 kids while her husband was away at work. He showed up just as it was all over.
She was found not guilty by reason of insanity as she had postpartum, was on a cocktail of SSRI's and had visited a hospital a week earlier and wasn't admitted.
Very similar story, but the similarities don’t end there.
Both incidents happened on the SAME date, 3 years apart. 🤯
Morley: January 24th 2020
Clancy: January 24th 2023
Both women were nurses.
Both sets of kids were 2 boys and 1 girl and even had the same initials:
Morley: Conor, Darragh and Carla (CDC)
Clancy: Cora, Dawson and Callan (CDC)
That’s just really freaking weird. 🤨
This simulation SUCKS.
