In German law, we can therefore see an absolutely ideal law; in the fundamental moral ideas of the German legal system, the foundations of all law in general. It is therefore a self-evident requirement that our landlords must again belong to the Nordic race, just as, naturally, the key leaders for racial hygiene and population control, as bearers of the Nordic idea, must themselves belong to the Nordic race. [....] The conversion to Roman law and Christianity in Germania has led to misery, to a foreign land in the true sense. Racial mixing, foreign race, foreign worldview, hostile law, expropriation economy, destruction of the Nordic property economy, the Germanic allodial system, and German common law have remained its consequences. The peasantry was crushed, and thus the lifeblood of the Nordic race was blocked. Characteristic of this direction in our (Roman-law) legal and economic life, driven by a purely mercantile spirit, was that it merely maintained the special rights of trade, while eliminating the special rights of peasants, artisans, and laborers. By unleashing almost unlimited usury, trade, and freedom of commerce, it ruthlessly delivered these economically weaker segments of the population to the economically stronger or more cunning. Again and again the Saxons and the North and East Germanic tribes rose up against the forced instruction in Oriental Mediterranean, judeo-Roman law and faith. Along with the Odal farmers fleeing to Iceland, many refugees from Germany also migrated there; the Germanic refugees rescued the intellectual remnants of high Germanic civilization, as they appear to us in the Edda and Sagas: “We march silently, a defeated army, our stars are extinguished, O Iceland, you icy rock in the sea, rise up from nightly distance, rise up and receive our warrior race; on beaked ships come the old gods, the old law, the old Norsemen swimming!” Again and again the German peasants rose and fell, preferring death to slavery. In 1114 the Saxons—who in their hearts still held to the old beliefs—rose up at Welfesholz and raised an Irminsul-like Thiodut as a symbol of their Germanic law and faith. This last pagan uprising was crushed by the Christian Church. The following year, as a sign of its final victory, the Church transformed the grotto at the Externsteine sanctuary into a Christian chapel. This was the place where a wooden Irminsul had once stood on the summit above an ancient astronomical site. In front of the new chapel, a carving was added showing the Cross of Christ bending and toppling the Irminsul, symbolizing the defeat of the old Germanic blood-law and religion. Throughout the last millennium of German history, the conflict between the German peasantry of Germanic origin and the lords of foreign law and foreign origin who established themselves in German lands runs like a red thread. A sycophantic falsification of history, even in the interest of developing a territorial principality and, not to be forgotten, in the special political interests of German church princes, has distorted the essence of the history of the German peasants or even turned it on its head and handed it down to posterity. If one compares, for example, the struggles for freedom of the Swiss peasantry and the Stedingen peasantry on our North Sea coast, striking parallels emerge that cannot be coincidental. And again, the struggles for freedom of the Dutch under Prince William of Orange and the struggles for freedom of the German peasants in the Peasants' War are undoubtedly related in essence. These peasants are always fighting for "ancient rights." In 934, the remnants of the garrison of Haidabu, the fortified stronghold of the Germanic Kiel Canal, had to surrender to Emperor Henry the Fowler and forcibly convert to Christianity. On May 27, 1234, at Alten-Esch, the peasants from the Stedingen region fell with their wives and children after a heroic struggle for their German rights, succumbing to the overwhelming force of the crusade that the Archbishop of Bremen had mustered against them as Pagans. From 1432 to 1476, the peasant revolts blazed under Johannes Böheim, who demanded the old law under the old legal symbol of the wheel cross and was then burned as a heretic. In the Peasants' War of 1491–1525/26, countless peasants fell demanding German law and German faith. At Pfeddersheim near Worms, the captured Bundschuh peasants were personally stabbed by the Archbishop of Trier. In 1559, the heroic band of Dietmarsen peasant farmers succumbed to the Roman-law lords. Countless peasants languished for years with their entire lives in dark, oppressive prisons. Hundreds of thousands of warriors of Germanic law and faith were tortured and burned alive as heretics, witches, and as the bastards of Germanic custom, to the Lord's sweet aroma. The Christian Church in Germany slaughtered nine million heretics, a deliberate and unparalleled counter-selection against the Nordic race. Hundreds of thousands of peasants, as bearers of Nordic blood, had to emigrate to Eastern and Southeastern Europe, to Russia, to America, to South Africa, to Australia. For the most part, they were persecuted and exterminated anew, as in Russia; they fell under foreign rule, as in Southeastern Europe, or under the same jewish-Roman legal bondage, as in America. But their freedom, too, shall return, like the freedom of all Germanic peoples, the freedom of the Germanic peasantry as the lifeblood of the Nordic race and thus of civilization. The fallen of Germania's path of suffering shall rise again in our souls and Children. We want to fight their battle for justice again. We want to finally bring Widukind's fight for Nordic law, blood, and godhood against foreign law and foreign religion to victory, so that we can announce to all fallen heroes: And you have indeed won! The most important means to this end is: the reverse path, the path to the Germanic Odal Allod Constitution.
