iPhone Duo just dropped at $1,999 and made Samsung's entire Z Fold lineup look like a seven-year beta test. 4.5mm thin, liquid metal hinge, almost no crease. Samsung had six generations to fix this. They couldn't. The Z Fold 8 costs $1,799 and still ships with a visible crease, broken app scaling, and a camera that loses to a regular iPhone. Apple charged $200 more and delivered what Samsung couldn't finish in seven years. The foldable market was Samsung's only territory. That ended today.

The iPhone Duo’s dreamlike transition animation. This is a level of elegance Samsung will never be able to surpass. I’d even tell Samsung this: you might as well give up on the foldable market. You don’t stand a chance anymore.

The A20 Pro has a massive improvement It now has Super cores (same as M6, they said desktop class), 7-core GPU with FP8 neural accelerators for 2x perf, new microarchitecture changes Oh and dual-ANE with 8-bit support and 50% higher memory bandwidth all around

Thanks to Tim Roh for singlehandedly destroying Samsung mobile division bit by bit 🥀 📉 The downfall of Samsung mobile division will be an interesting Case Study 📚 for students. 🤔

I want to see what it's like inside Samsung, always discussing Apple's plans and rushing to put out their own version lol.

Apple COOKED with the new Siri animation. 🔥 Glad they actually took time to refine the software instead of stuffing it with a ton of random features.

Liquid Glass on iOS 26 is simply amazing! 😍🤍 No one can even match Apple’s animation capabilities.

After a few days of using iOS 26, I think this is the future direction of OS design. Apple has once again met the future. I like this advanced design so much. Although there are still some readability issues, when you get used to the liquid glass, looking back at other UIs, they seem so boring and simple, without gloss, thickness, or three-dimensionality. I will buy an iPhone 17 Pro for this liquid glass.

I see a lot of negative feedback about Apple’s new UI updates. But you are missing the point. It’s not about glass effects or making every UI element transparent / shiny. It’s about liquidity, depth, and movement. UI that feels alive. We are entering a new era of interface design. What was once static, flat, and fixed is becoming dynamic, adaptive, dimensional. Flat design is over. And flat screens will be too. Sooner than you think. I think Apple’s new UI system is less about a visual update. It’s the first real step toward multimodal interfaces. Where components aren’t bound to a rigid screen but float, shift, and respond. They appear where you need them, and disappear where you don’t. It’s about removing unnecessary clutter and making human-computer interaction feel… well, more human. Just because we’ve spent the last decade staring at opaque UI components doesn’t mean it’s the optimal way to interact with computers. Sure, it’s not perfect, but it’s the first real step into a new era of UI. The future is screenless. And dynamic components are the new screens.
