No IAS officer should be allowed near economic affairs. They are the dumbest people on this planet
Look at the chaos unleashed. Crazy stuff. RBI’s new forex reporting regime kicked in on Oct 1. On Oct 7, the RBI Governor said individuals earning from overseas services (tutors, freelancers, consultants etc) don’t need to report. 23 days later. No FAQ. No written clarification. Banks still sending freelancers a four-spreadsheet Export Declaration Form. Only 2 of 90 banks have published the mandated SOPs via @SindhuHarih in @businessline

Since last 24 hours, there are non-stop articles coming from american news agency in support of CJP & against Narendra Modi. Only a low IQ blind person would say, it is organic. Never seen such dedicated coverage by all these media at once on Indian Topics.

Two leaders of India’s “Cockroach” youth movement were sentenced by a local court to serve five days in jail after being detained during a protest demanding the resignation of the country’s election chief, the group said. apnews.com/article/india-coc…

Make no mistake: these protests are funded by foreign forces. Their local enablers are playing it out. Why? Because Prime Minister Narendra Modi refuses to work for any foreign interests and only further the cause of BHARAT. Fullstop, that's the only cause. And the other one which prompted such arson under the garb of protest: the FCRA bill. IYKYK

Scanned your entire timeline and not a single tweet on France riots! Doesn’t it warrant your attention? 215 teenagers, 85 school staff, 700 policemen injured in clashes. 6,100 people arrested since the protests began, the overwhelming majority of them minors. And detention in India is what bothers you.
#India: We are concerned by reports of mass detentions of demonstrators, protest leaders, members of civil society organisations, lawyers and journalists, before and during today’s large-scale demonstrations in Delhi. We call on the authorities to ensure that the right to peaceful assembly is fully respected and fulfilled. ohchr.org/en/press-releases/…

When Amazon hired me on an H-1B visa, Amazon was making losses for 10 straight years. It was operating out of a rented building where we worked on door desks in small cabins. I was in the initial team that built AWS. Today AWS contributes more than 60% to Amazon's profit. The stock price has gone 300x. Amazon's buildings have changed the skyline of downtown Seattle. Jeff Bezos went on to become the world's richest man. There were about a hundred H1B visa holders like me in the initial team of Amazon. Good luck building companies and wealth without these 'indentured servants'
Vice President JD Vance breaks down the data: "If you are working as an H-1B visa in the United States of America, you’re earning $20,000 less than an American citizen hired in the same position. If you were brought in by one of these foreign outsourcing firms, you’re making $48,000 less than an American citizen in a similar position. So I’m sure that everybody here understands the game that is being played. You bring in indentured servants from outside the country, you lay off American workers and, if you’re a corporation, you make a ton of money by under cutting the wages of American workers, replacing them with people who frankly shouldn’t be in the United States of America to begin with."

By that logic, those who are against Indian government’s policies should leave India until policies they like are made?
Those abusing Elon Musk over his tweet are free to delete X from their phones. Use it again when India builds its own X. Until then, stop lecturing the owner of the platform while happily using it every day with Deshbhakti.

Life is cheap in India. We are all alive at the whims and fancies of government employees who cut corners while approving plans, conduct inspections and grease their palms.
#Blast on #Bengaluru footpath ! A transformer box on the footpath outside the Amazon office on Baglur Main Road exploded, injuring two persons walking on the pavement. One fell and suffered severe burns to his hands; the other had minor injuries. Another girl student escaped unhurt. (📹 was captured by Arun G, a parent on the way to drop his kids to school) How are these transformers allowed on busy footpaths? What if child or a pregnant woman or person with disability was walking? Who is responsible? @timesofindia

A US frontier AI lab (TypeSafe AI) just announced a "breakthrough" System 1 architecture. The problem? An independent Indian developer built, published, and open-sourced the exact same single-pass RL architecture a full year ago. The frontier lab generalized it, slapped a new acronym on it, and claimed it as a novel invention. The open-source community keeps doing the heavy lifting in the shadows. This is why we need to be wary of corporates! reddit.com/r/LocalLLaMA/comm…
