When is Anthropic going to admit they were too late to IPO? Dropping the valuation by 25% isn’t a good look. They can’t really be that much better than some of the others. Not 1.5T$ better.
$TSLA the first roadster made it to space, just saying maybe this one could have offered a little more.
$SOFI - RSI 19 - Sentiment = -0. Down 50% + earnings in two weeks.
@anthonynoto could lay golden eggs and I imagine the stock still goes down. Guidance will have to fall inline with more rate hikes going into 2027. A lack of forward guidance will be taken negative. A beat will be sold. Nothing $SOFI has done, will do, will deter bear thesis in this macro.
This guy is a whack job. Comparing white people to a virus, cannot make this stuff up.
Replying to @jamestalarico
White skin gives me and every white American immunity from the virus. But we spread it wherever we go—through our words, our actions, and our systems. We don’t have to be showing symptoms—like a white hood or a Confederate flag—to be contagious.
I wanted to shed some light on the $SOFI + Orbi partnership.
orbi.finance/en/
Orbi allows anyone to Convert between digital dollars and pesos, pay, send and more, all from a single app.
This is seemingly a convenient way for México to store wealth in dollars and convert to pesos when it’s more advantageous to do so and at highly competitive conversion rates. If you have ever been to México you may have noticed many currency exchanges that people transact at with a spread between the buy and selling of pesos. This service bypasses these spreads and middle men. I can see this being adopted by many in México as it is largely underbanked.
This is also why I am bullish on $NU though it’s unclear for me if they offer these kinds of conversions within their app.
I recently traveled through México using my $SOFI card and was not charged international fees and was given highly favorable conversion to pesos. Better than any of my credit cards, and cheaper than $BOA converted my dollars to pesos for cash.
I’m really impressed with $SOFI and their flexibility when traveling abroad.
Kudos @anthonynoto keep up the great work.

Three weeks of posts on $SOFI stablecoin settlement and I haven’t read too many in-depth analyses.
My 5 points.
1️⃣ What changed
Nothing for the cardholder. What changed is settlement, the step where the issuing bank pays the merchant's bank. That step runs on Fedwire and ACH, in batches, on banking days. SoFi Bank now settles its entire $25B card program in SoFiUSD, around the clock, with funds landing instantly. First nationally chartered bank to do it on $MA's network.
2️⃣ What it does to revenue today
Little. Interchange on SoFi's own cards didn't change, and $25B is settlement volume on a new rail. Anyone modeling revenue off that number is on the wrong line. The value sits one layer down.
3️⃣ Where the money is
Deposits. A merchant that wants instant settlement can receive it in a SoFi Bank account through Big Business Banking. Every merchant that opts in brings a commercial operating balance to a bank whose deposit base is almost entirely consumer. Operating balances are the cheapest, stickiest funding a bank can hold.
4️⃣ The scale comparison
Visa went live with USDC settlement on $SOL in December 2025 through Cross River and Lead Bank, $8.7B and $2.7B in assets. Mastercard's first live bank holds $56.8B in assets. When a multinational retailer evaluates who to settle with, the size of the issuing bank is the first question.
5️⃣ What confirms it
A named merchant with disclosed volume. SoFi says it's in active discussions with multinational retailers and technology platforms. One release with a company name and a dollar figure turns the deposit thesis into a reported line item. After that, cross-border, which both companies said they'd pursue. FX spread is real revenue.
Right now this is infrastructure. The first named merchant makes it a deposit business.

$SOFI doesn't have a narrative problem. It has a translation problem. Revenue keeps beating. The stock keeps dropping anyway. Here's what's actually getting lost between the earnings call and Wall Street's model. xitter.cf/rhythminkaos/status/21…

When @anthonynoto explained during the Q2 call, in a few sentences why he bought the stock :
"Q2 marks a clear inflection point in our strategy where everything app is driving higher products per member, resulting in higher lifetime value, supporting superior levels of investment and our ability to offer more value to our members than anyone else and better rates, products and services. This continuous, reinforcing cycle of the financial services productivity fuels durable growth and high returns. The benefits of the strategy in our view, are no longer theoretical or leap of faith. They are 100% in our control via disciplined execution. I'm often asked why I buy the stock and the answer is simple.
I believe we will achieve the returns that Chris walked through before of 20% to 30% return on tangible common equity, and it's just a matter of when, not if the market can connect the dots to the attractive return potential of our business. Until then, we're going to keep our heads down and continue to execute and deliver for our members and our shareholders" $SOFI

- ‼️ the FUD is severely overdone with $SoFi
a reminder of how they performed during last rate hike cycle 👇🏼
the business kept going, kept growing and even turned in their first profitable quarter deep into the rate hike cycle.
we’ve had 1 rate hike with another already expected in guidance.
- the fear on $SoFi is at all time highs,
at the same time… the company recently reported record revenue & member growth and raised revenue guidance.. with 2 rate hikes included in guidance.
nothing happening is outside of what SoFi already guided for.
is this warranted or overdone?
